Warranty Terms

Every new iXtreme sunbed comes with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (two years on the iXtreme X5, one year on the iXtreme X3 and X1), provided by Bronze (NI) Limited, trading as iXtreme Sunbeds.

1. Who provides the warranty

This warranty is given by Bronze (NI) Limited, trading as iXtreme Sunbeds, Units 1–3 Keady Business Centre, Annvale Road, Keady BT60 2RP (“we”, “us”). It applies to the business that bought the sunbed new from us or an authorised iXtreme dealer (“you”).

2. How long it lasts

The warranty runs from the date the sunbed is installed: two years for the iXtreme X5, and one year for the iXtreme X3 and X1. Repairs or replacement parts supplied under the warranty do not extend this period.

3. What is covered

If a part fails during the warranty period because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our choice, free of charge for parts and labour. This includes:

4. LED performance

The LEDs in the iXtreme X5 are rated for 20,000 hours. Like all LEDs, their output reduces gradually over their working life. This gradual reduction is normal and is not a defect. The failure of an LED or LED panel within the warranty period is covered.

5. What is not covered

The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:

UV tubes and starters on the iXtreme X3 and X1 are consumable items and are not covered by this warranty.

6. Conditions

7. How to make a claim

Contact us within 14 days of noticing a fault. Please do not open the sunbed or attempt a repair yourself, as this may void the warranty.

Email sales@ixtremesunbeds.com or call 0203 795 7326 (UK), 028 3752 5500 (Northern Ireland) or 01 636 3138 (Ireland), with:

  1. Your salon name, address and contact details
  2. The sunbed model and serial number
  3. Your invoice number or date of installation
  4. A description of the fault and when it started, including any error codes shown
  5. Photos or a short video of the fault, if possible

We will try to diagnose the fault remotely first, then arrange an engineer visit or send replacement parts. If we find the fault is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you before carrying out any chargeable work.

8. Your other rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under the law.
